Loews Don CeSar Hotel
Loews Don CeSar Hotel, St. Petersburg Beach, Florida. Originally named for the chivalrous Don Ce-Sar in Vincent Wallace's light opera Maritana, the Don (as it is locally known) was built in 1928 by Thomas Rowe, who spared no expense on this balcony- and terrace-lined historic building.
